- No up-front processing fees
- Loans to individuals and limited companies
- Max loan to value:
- 80% for residential closed bridges
- 70% for residential
- 65% for commercial
Given certain criteria, such as additional security, we will consider loans of up to 100% of the value of the primary secured property.
Lending is against the "Open Market Value" regardless of the purchase price of the property.
