In 2004, we decided to focus resources towards direct client business and became multi-registered with a variety of " mortgage packagers " and "mortgage clubs" as well as high street and specialist lenders throughout the UK. Therefore, you get access to a huge range of exclusive club deals as well as preferential arrangements with lenders. We are regulated and authorised by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) as an independent mortgage and insurance broker.
Our clients are located across the UK with many in the London area. Clients are welcome to meet us at our offices or when we occasionally hold meetings in Central London. However, much of our work is carried out by telephone, email and post as our office is in a remote location overlooking the beautiful Pennines in West Yorkshire. All conversations and information are held in the strictest confidence.
